This was the view from outside of my apartment door in San Francisco. I really want to go back. I want to visit my old haunts and catch up with friends that I’ve lost touch with. One of the things I miss most about that city is that there was a view like this waiting to be seen from almost every corner.

I think I lost most of my photos from this period too, but I may have a CD with the files somewhere. Fingers crossed that they can be salvaged from my mostly dead laptop. Reminder to back up your stuff folks!
